Return and Exchange Policy

At Bupa Store , we care about customer satisfaction, so we offer a flexible return and exchange policy according to the following conditions:

1. The customer has the right to request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of receiving the order, after contacting us through the support channels available in the store.
2. If the reason for the return or exchange is due to the customer's desire (such as changing his mind), the customer bears the shipping costs back and forth .
3. If the products are included in special offers or include free shipping , and the customer wants to return them, he/she will also bear the shipping costs back and forth .
4. If the reason is due to a store error (such as sending the wrong product or a defect in the order), the store will bear all shipping costs for the return or exchange.

Important Notice: For your safety and the quality of our products, any product that has been opened in its original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.
