Return and Exchange Policy

At Bupa Store, we care about customer satisfaction, so we offer a flexible return and exchange policy according to the following conditions:

The customer has the right to request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of receiving the order, after contacting us through the support channels available in the store.

If the reason for the return or exchange is due to the customer's desire (such as changing his mind), the customer will bear the shipping costs back and forth.

If the products are on special offers or include free shipping, and the customer wants to return them, they will also bear the return shipping costs.

If the reason is due to a store error (such as sending the wrong product or a defect in the order), the store will bear all shipping costs for the return or exchange.

Important Notice: For your safety and the quality of our products, any product that has been opened in its original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping times and costs are determined based on the customer's location and the shipping options selected during order placement.

Delivery time may vary depending on the city or country, but we aim to deliver orders within 2 to 7 business days .

Please note that shipping costs are based on the weight of the products. Weight is calculated automatically based on product details and, in accordance with the policies of the shipping companies we work with, is rounded up to the nearest full kilogram.
